Primary Skill
sConfiguration & Support: Extensive experience in configuring and supporting SAP Solution Manager versions 7.0 and 7.1 to optimize IT service management and Application Lifecycle Management.Business Process Monitoring (BPM): Expertise in setting up and troubleshooting BPM to ensure smooth tracking and optimization of critical business processes.System Monitoring: Skilled in setting up and maintaining system monitoring for large and complex SAP landscapes using Solution Manager tools, ensuring system health and performance.End-to-End Implementation: Proven ability to manage SAP SOLMAN implementation projects from initiation to completion, including change management, project planning, and execution of transport processes from development to production.Component Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SOLMAN components, including System Administration, Monitoring, Work Centers, and Solution Documentation, to support operational efficiency.Transport Management: Hands-on experience in managing physical transports and ensuring seamless integration of changes across SAP environments.Secondary SkillsPreferably experienced with RevTrac for transport management.Ability to present and interact effectively with business process owners.Knowledge of Remote Supportability and Solution Manager Work Centers.Familiarity with documentation, training, and user support for SOLMAN functionalities.Continuously updated on SAP SOLMAN advancements and best practices.Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
